This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Paddle, our Merchant of Record and payment provider.

14-Day Refund Window

In accordance with Paddle’s consumer protection requirements and applicable EU regulations, all purchases of digital services made through Paddle are eligible for a 14-day refund period.

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, and Paddle will process the refund on our behalf.

What is Eligible for a Refund

You may request a refund within 14 days if:

  • You are not satisfied with the product or service
  • You made a purchase by mistake
  • You experienced technical issues that prevented normal use
  • Or for any other reason permitted under Paddle’s Buyer Protection Policy

Refunds are issued at Paddle’s discretion according to their Terms & Conditions.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you may:

  • Contact Paddle directly using the link in your purchase receipt, or
  • Email us at info@remplanner.com

and we will assist you with your Paddle refund request.

After the 14-Day Period

Refund requests made after the 14-day window may not be eligible, unless required by applicable consumer laws or unless otherwise approved by Paddle.

All payments for Remplanner are processed securely by Paddle. Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record and handles billing, tax compliance, and refund operations.
